How to change your user info

To change your user info in Willow, click on your profile picture on the top right > Settings > Account.

Under Personal information, you can change your name and work email. This is the email address that you'll receive Willow notifications on.

Change the company name & logo in Willow

To change your company name or logo in Willow, click on your profile picture on the top right > Settings > Account.

Under Company information you can update your logo, company name, website, and set the timezone for scheduling.

Important note about the logo

The logo you select will be reflected in your Willow dashboard. This logo won't be reflected on your social media channels.

Please make sure you upload your logo in 1:1 proportions.

Important note about your timezone

All post scheduling times reflected in Willow will be according to the timezone you selected in Willow Settings.
