The end of the

That blinking cursor in an empty post is where we've watched teams stall for eight years. Willow Create is the answer: a truly intelligent system shaped by you and your business, drafting your posts in your voice, dropped straight into your calendar.

An AI built on a business profile

Willow Create writes your posts based on your voice, your services, your point of view, and the industry news you actually care about. The same depth an experienced writer would build over weeks, captured once and applied to every post. Every draft arrives with its visual already made, in your brand.

01 · Profile

We build a profile of your business.

Your coach captures the things that matter: your services, target audience, point of view, tone, the topics you care about.

02 · Ingest

We research your industry.

The Personal Newsroom feeds in relevant news filtered to your sector and your profile. The raw material is already on the page.

03 · Draft

We create drafts in your voice.

Create generates posts that respect your tone of voice and branding. Each draft lines up with the angles you've agreed with your coach.

04 · Calendar

We add them to your calendar, not straight into your quarter.

Drafts are suggested into the Willow software at the right cadence and the right time of day. Review, edit if you want, and approve.

Much better than the perfect prompt.

A prompt forgets your firm by the next message. A profile remembers across drafts, quarters and team members. That's why Create posts read like a person from your firm wrote them. Because, structurally, one did.

What arrives isn't just a caption. It's a finished post.

Three of the formats Create makes.

A Willow quote visual as published on LinkedIn for Bluesalt HR: a two-tone headline reading "Minder betalen, meer diepgang" over white, with a supporting line about 15 years in HR recruitment and a "Link in post" button.
Quote visual. A real one, not a mockup, published as-is for Bluesalt HR.
A Willow list visual as published on LinkedIn for United Codes: a navy card headed "AI Workshop: Built for Database Developers" with four numbered points, each with a subline, and a "Link in post" button.
List visual. A real one, not a mockup, published as-is for United Codes.
A Willow Create carousel cover as published on LinkedIn for Verzekeringskantoor Coenen: "WAT MAAKT EEN GOEDE SCHADEBEHEERDER?" over a team photo, with three numbered points on relationship-led, advisory, and personally-followed-up service.
PDF carousel. A real one, not a mockup, published as-is for Verzekeringskantoor Coenen.

And Create is delivering on the promise.

Pay for the output, not the hours.

What the same volume costs everywhere else.

Elsewhere

Pay for time. Hope for output.

  • Billed by the hour, or a flat cost regardless of output. A freelancer runs €50–150 an hour; an agency retainer or part of an in-house hire's time is a fixed monthly cost whether one post ships or ten.
  • More expensive at the same volume. For 13 posts a quarter, a freelancer or entry-tier agency runs €1,300–3,600; a part-time in-house hire runs €3,300.
  • An ad hoc post waits its turn. Something urgent this week is their next opening, or a rush fee.
  • Often written by whoever's assigned, not who you briefed. Tone and detail depend on which staff member picked up the post that week.
Willow

Pay for output. Stay in control.

  • €867 a quarter for Kickstart, €1,635 for Pro. You get the output for a fixed price, not by the hour.
  • Cheaper at the same volume. Less than a freelancer, an agency, or an in-house hire costs for the same 13 or 26 posts a quarter.
  • Add an ad hoc post whenever you need one. No calendar to work around, no rush fee.
  • Every post drafted from the same profile. Tone and detail come from what's on file, not from whoever's turn it is.
See pricing

Why it holds up at that price.

  • Setting it up takes a few sessions with your coach, plus some fine-tuning once your first posts go out. Your coach helps with that setup and with steering afterward. Past the initial phase, and given enough to work with at the start, most of it runs on its own, even an ad hoc post added to the calendar on short notice. That's not an agency re-learning your business every month.
  • It's also why Willow scales and an agency doesn't: a freelancer or agency writer has to re-enter your business every time they sit down to draft, rereading old posts and finding their footing again before they can write anything good. Create doesn't pay that warm-up cost, so the next post costs less than the last one did.
  • If something needs changing, you fix it yourself in a couple of minutes, instead of sending feedback and waiting days while the clock runs on more billable hours.

“It’s genuinely a step up from before. And I like that it now goes further than just what’s on our website.”
