Social media workshops that get your team posting.

Hands-on social media training at your office on employer branding, employee advocacy, personal branding and social selling, in Dutch, English or French. We work with your own people, profiles and goals, and put a system in place that your team keeps running, with or without a Willow account.

Why a social media workshop gets your team started.

Doubt keeps people from starting.

Your people know LinkedIn matters, but they don't know what's worth saying. They aren't sure what they're allowed to post, from client work to their own opinion, and they don't see what's in it for them personally, whether for their career or their own name. On top of that, there's no time between meetings and deadlines to work it out. When doubts stack up like that, they never get started.

So we start from your own material.

Everyone brings their own profile and their own work, so the feedback is about things that are yours. We also dig for inspiration in what you already have: your website, sales decks, case studies and presentations. A lot of what's worth saying is already written down there, so nobody starts from a blank page. And what you learn is already applied by the time you leave the room.

Then we put a system in place.

Inspiration fades by the next busy week, and a few posts written together don't carry a team for long. So we use the day to build a system: a process for who does what and when, AI skills, tips and tricks, and templates. It works with or without a Willow account. If you'd like a nudge later, a follow-up session is available, and Willow coaching keeps the rhythm going for longer.

Employer branding workshop: let candidates see who you are.

Now

  • Nobody owns it, so HR, marketing and managers each wait for the others.
  • People aren't sure what's safe to say about projects and clients.
  • Posts come in bursts around a vacancy, then the page goes quiet.

In the workshop

  1. See it as a candidate does. We read your company page and a few profiles together and note what a stranger concludes.
  2. Say why someone good would choose you. Your employer value proposition, and the themes that follow.
  3. Draft in the room, with AI. Everyone writes from real moments, with AI for the first draft and a check on what stays yours.
  4. Build the process. Who collects, writes and signs off, and when, around one weekly slot you protect.

Afterwards

  • A process. Your themes, a weekly slot, a short route to sign-off, a monthly look at results.
  • AI skills. Prompts and checks for posts that sound like you, in any AI tool.
  • Tips and tricks. Formats, hooks and tags that work on LinkedIn now.
  • Templates. For job posts and "meet the team" posts, plus a checklist for your pages.

Employee advocacy workshop that doesn't feel like homework.

Now

  • Colleagues aren't sure what they're allowed to share, so they stay quiet.
  • They can't see what's in it for them, so sharing feels like a favour to marketing.
  • With no time to spare, "please share our post" is one more email that gets skipped.

In the workshop

  1. Name what holds people back. We collect the real blockers anonymously and deal with them one by one.
  2. Set the ground rules. What's fine to share, which tone works and how to tag colleagues, in a guideline people will read.
  3. Everyone posts, with AI as a sparring partner. Each participant drafts a post and a comment on a colleague's post, with feedback, before leaving the room.
  4. Build the process. An ambassador group, one moment a week, and a simple way for marketing to hand people things worth sharing.

Afterwards

  • A process. An ambassador group, a weekly moment, and a way to see progress without a leaderboard.
  • AI skills. Turning your own words into a first draft, and why comments stay yours.
  • Tips and tricks. Tagging, commenting early and writing in your own voice.
  • Ground rules. A guideline your people agreed on.

How social media workshops work at Streekfonds Oost-Vlaanderen.

Personal branding workshop for executives and partners.

Now

  • Billable hours come first, so posting always loses.
  • Client work is confidential, so it's hard to know what's safe to talk about.
  • Posting feels like self-promotion, and nobody wants to perform.

In the workshop

  1. Decide what you want to be known for. The subjects where your opinion should be the one people ask for, and who needs to hear it.
  2. Rebuild your profile around it. Headline, about section, featured items and photo all say the same thing.
  3. Find formats from your real work, with AI. A voice note becomes a first draft and the opinion stays yours. We write the first ones live.
  4. Make it a routine. One that fits your diary, including how to comment on other people's posts.

Afterwards

  • A process. Your subjects, a weekly slot in your diary, and someone to hand ideas to.
  • AI skills. Voice note to draft, and what you never let AI write for you.
  • Tips and tricks. The headline, hooks and comments that get you noticed.
  • A profile that says what you stand for.

Social selling workshop for sales teams and recruiters.

Now

  • Messages go out cold, and many go unanswered.
  • Profiles read like a digital CV, not a reason to reply.
  • People either stay silent or reshare the company post without a word of their own.

In the workshop

  1. Make your profile work like a landing page. Written for the buyer or candidate who looks you up before taking your call.
  2. Connect and message without spamming. Who to connect with, what to say, and how to write a message people answer.
  3. Share what's already working, with AI. The case studies, promotions and product releases your team can share, in their own words, with AI for the first draft.
  4. Build the process around the bigger campaigns. How individual posts and comments support what marketing is running, and who shares what, and when.

Afterwards

  • A process. A routine each person keeps, and an agreement with marketing on what sales shares, and when.
  • AI skills. Faster drafts and research, and why every message is still written by you.
  • Tips and tricks. What gets answered, and what gets ignored.
  • Profiles that work for buyers and candidates.

Questions about social media workshops and training.

What is a social media workshop?
A hands-on session where your team works on its own LinkedIn profiles and posts with a Willow coach, at your office. You end the day with a system in place: a process, AI skills, tips and tricks and templates.
How much does a social media workshop cost?
From €950 per half day, excl. VAT, for one coach and a group session in Belgium. Willow customers get €200 off. A bigger group, a full day, one-on-one sessions, photos or travel outside Belgium cost more.
How long is a workshop?
Half a day by default, around three hours. A full day, or two topics in one day, is possible too.
Where do you run it, and in which language?
At your office, or in a room you've booked, in Dutch, English or French.
Do you also do one-on-one sessions?
Yes. We can run a group session, one-on-one sessions or both.
What do we need to prepare?
Send us the link to your company page and a few profiles beforehand, and bring a laptop per person. A phone is not enough.
Do participants need a Willow account?
No. The system works with or without Willow, whatever tools you use. Only the onboarding is for Willow customers, because it's about setting up Willow.
Is this social media training or a workshop?
Both words fit. Your team works on its own profiles and posts, so it's closer to a workshop than a lecture. If you're looking for social media training or LinkedIn training for your team, this is it.
Is a workshop the same as coaching?
No. A workshop gets your team started and sets up how you work together. Coaching keeps people posting, with a rhythm of drafts, feedback and calls. You can do either on its own, or one after the other. See how coaching works.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team has a way of working that keeps running: who posts what, when, and who keeps it moving. A follow-up session a few weeks later is available as an add-on. For the long haul, that's what Willow's coaching is for.
Can we combine topics in one day?
Yes. Tell us which topics and which people, and we'll build the day.
How do I request a workshop?
Pick a time and we'll talk it through, or email kjell@willow.co.
